Refund & Return Policy
At Zapetix, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, confirmation email).
2. Return Window
You have **15 days** from the date of delivery to request a return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened or used electronic accessories (unless defective)
4. How to Start a Return

Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery with photos and a brief explanation. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or full refund.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Double-check your bank or credit card statement.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us.
9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
